Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will lead implementation of the Protecting Food Security Against Flood & Drought Cycles project in Katsina State as part of Mercy Corps Nigeria's Resilience and Climate Adaptation portfolio. The role provides overall technical leadership, project management, coordination, quality assurance, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, agriculture, natural resource management, procurement, finance, MEAL, and community engagement functions. It involves supervising technical teams and coordinating with government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community structures. This is an on-site position based in Katsina State with frequent travel to rural project communities.
