Head of Engineering, Rewards

You will lead the engineering team building Moniepoint's rewards platform, starting with a team of nine engineers and growing it to 25+ people across multiple product units. Your immediate priority is optimizing the existing cashback product, then expanding it into a broader rewards, retention and personalization platform serving business customers, consumer customers and sales agents. You own the technical strategy, architecture, hiring, and delivery across mobile and web experiences, working closely with product and growth teams.
