A dispatch rider responsible for indoor and outdoor delivery of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items. Duties include verifying orders, keeping customers informed on delivery status, picking up and delivering items safely and on time, and collecting payment for goods on delivery. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
