Product Design Manager - Design System

Moniepoint — Remote / Not specified

Lead a small design team responsible for the quality and consistency of product design across Moniepoint's customer-facing and internal tools. You'll set design direction for your area, manage design reviews and quality standards, partner with product and engineering to ensure designs ship as intended, and develop your designers' skills. The role balances strategy with hands-on involvement in the hardest design problems.
